I wish I could show you what is inside me, to open

myself up and bleed, to stain the tip of your toes,

and every time you look down, you would think of me….

I wish you could feel my breath catch every time I think

of you…how I get this strange ache in my heart like

you’ve been there before….

I wish I could roam among your sunshine,

let it warm me, causing my flesh to smile,

to know it was always you…

I wish I could show you how to love me,

to lay looking at the stars, counting them with

you, always you….watching me….

Giving you dandelion kisses, watching the air

catch them, going no where in particular….

you watching me……fallen…..
